As you all could see, we just had an wonderful guild outing. BUT, just 2 days after the outing, Ayakaaa and Dion had an argument or fight or quarrel or whatever you want to call it with Blazditz. IT IS VERY DISTURBING TO SEE THIS KIND OF THINGS HAPPENING. Every time I am away, something MUST happen. This unknown reason why. They argued to a point that Aya and Dion left guild. DISTURBING.

As people of the same guild, we must learn to understand each other, respect each other and be careful not to hurt the other party. IF ONLY aya and dion and blazditz EACH TAKE ONE STEP BACK and each SAID ONE SENTENCE LESS, none of this would happen at all. Why fight when all can be friends? NOT GOOD.

Now what we need to do is to get both parties to UNDERSTAND what they did that caused the argument, and therefore apologise to each other, and also aya and dion come back to the guild. If it's because of such a SMALL matter that would cause 2 BUT NOT ONE person to leave guild, then IF SOMETHING ELSE BIGGER happens, the consequences would not be likewise so simple.

I really hope that the three of them would get together and do something about it. DONT MAKE ME AND MANGO WORRY, WE'RE ALREADY stress ENOUGH. Okay? Aya, 就象你所说的，他是小弟弟，不要与他起争执. Can? I really hope so. And Blazditz, YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOUR TEMPER, SOMETIMES GIVE IN A BIT, won't die.

Don't destroy friendships. Make them.
